Artists being responsible for the things they draw? Well I don't like the sound of that. But c'mon! She looks like a totally normal cartoon mom/secretary/teacher/librarian. And simple round shapes are easier for kids to draw, so that's just knowing your audience. The suits just don't appreciate all the hard work artists do. Artists shouldn't have "accountability", that sounds like something bean counters worry about.
