Adjusted Attack Speeds - Controlling and landing combos were harder with the first version since they were too fast, Some New attacks are included now as well.
New Block behaviors with Corrected upper/lower body blending - the previous version put you only in Idle state even if you pressed the block behaviors since there was none yet, they're here now and compatible with my block behavior mods like directional blocking
Corrected Bow blending - I tried my hardest to fix the upper/lowerbody blends, they're not perfect yet but they should look more aligned now
there was full rootmotion and a combo system created but it was all rough, Since no one is really making rootmotion combos for this project, its not necessary to framework YET so I timed the transition values so there's a better gap when rapid taping the combos,
Also I remade the attacks to be slower this time, previous it was kingdom-hearts esque so there adjusted to fighting underwater.
I might modify/overhaul the whole swimming eventually but that shit will come along with the underwater sprint project I made last time as that shit will require more than just editing sprint speeds

Installation
1. Install through a mod manager
2. Run nemesis and Patch underwater combat's checkbox
