I love that strong down bow on the open C in the Bach Cello Suite. I also love the staccato and double stop technique. (For those that don't know, the double stop is two string bowing and the staccato is the short, detached bowing with that little break between notes.) The benefit of the electric over the traditional cello, is probably weight, and really being able to pull out that electric guitar sound. I don't think wood would sound the same, even electrified through a speaker or box. Thanks doll!
