I'm afraid I'm not sure of the answer to that one! There are several different pizzicato effects in this song - and only they can say for sure what they did in the studio πΉ Whatever they did do though, very interesting and cool!

2025-01-03 16:00:45 +0000 UTCMind Blown! In the beginning, I could not hear the entire bass part or harmonics; and at the ending, I couldn't hear the tinkling. It took several times to pull that out, but there is no way in heck I could have tackled this without your input. This was fascinating. The "bowing" ..... so dang creative. Questions: is this pizzicato effect a version of Pizzicato Delibes? Have they lifted the dampers or are the dampers just resting on the strings? If they are dampened, is the sustained pedal lifting the area where they are playing the actual keys of the piano rather than plucking? I understand you may not know their technique, but you may have picked something up since you play piano. Thanks! This was so unique.
