S03E03 The Survivors S03E04 Who Watches the Watchers

Oooh these were good! I'm really enjoying the step up in season 3, it feels more engaging, more dynamic, the crew is getting more fleshed out, I love it! I enjoyed both of these eps and looking forward to more! Engage! πŸ––

I strongly disagree with those that say the Prime Directive is not moral. I think it's shortsighted to say that honestly. Forcing ideals on people that don't develop them themselves halts diversity, generates stagnation, and leads to ignorance.

Great reaction, thanks as always! Two good episodes. The hard part about trying to catch up with you here on Patreon is that over half the S03 episodes are reactions I wouldn't want to skip. πŸ€— Survivors is a standout precisely because of the excellent guest star performances so I'm glad you highlighted that aspect. There are some awesome guest rolls in the coming seasons from both well known and lesser known actors and I think you'll enjoy many of them! Jen, speaking of things you appreciated, I noticed you paying very close attention to the music, and the sounds of individual instruments and the quality of how it was all put together. I'd love to suggest that you watch Amadeus, one of the top ever movies and focused on music. It's won top awards for best picture, acting, directing, etc. Here's an excerpt from Wiki about it "Amadeus was nominated for 53 awards and received 40, including eight Academy Awards (winning Academy Award for Best Picture), four BAFTA Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and a Directors Guild of America award. As of 2024, it was the most recent film to have more than one nomination in the Academy Award for Best Actor category. In 1998, the American Film Institute ranked it 53rd on its 100 Years... 100 Movies list. In 2019, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress". I think it's one of the most well crafted movies ever, and I think you would love it.

This is the stuff I'm here for!

The people trying to convince you that it’s okay to question the Prime Directive, are they also the ones that voted for Time Cop??? I hear they also said season 3’s music sucked. πŸ™„
