🗳️ Weekly Poll #37
Added 2023-09-19 00:52:50 +0000 UTC
Winner of last week's poll was 🏆 Kill Bill!
These are all movies from my HUGE list that I personally would like to see. These polls help me narrow down my own choices from a list of hundreds so thanks for your help!
Movies not chosen may be back on future polls or watched later in schedule. Keep in mind I post 3 movies every week so I try to balance poll choices with what is already on the schedule for the coming week so the result is a nice mix :)
Vote for as many as you like! (This helps me know how much interest there is in each movie)

Event Horizon… fanatically underrated sci-fi horror, and would be such a great counter to bounce off of the optimistic Star Trek vibes for October! “In space, no one can hear you scream”!

2023-09-25 04:48:46 +0000 UTCTalking about horror movies then "Tales from the Hood" should be on it and "tales from the crpyt: demon night" too

2023-09-24 01:17:57 +0000 UTCI don't watch scary movies, so not sure what most of these were. I voted for Interview with Vampire because the Vampires are hot and sexy, and Event Horizon because I love Scifi. My two votes are down in the count, but I will cross my fingers and my toes and see what comes out. :)

2023-09-22 01:33:42 +0000 UTCI’m really hoping that The Fly pulls ahead. Great performances, amazing effects, and shot in Canada.

2023-09-21 00:30:03 +0000 UTCMan, I will never not watch a reaction to Cronenberg’s “The Fly”.

2023-09-20 05:02:16 +0000 UTCIf you're looking for the penultimate "haunted house" movie, may I recommend the 1973 "The Legend of Hell House." Honourable mention goes to the 2002 American TV miniseries "Rose Red." And of course, 1963's "The Haunting."

2023-09-19 16:21:53 +0000 UTCThe Fly is probably the most underrated sci-fi/horror film of all-time.

2023-09-19 13:45:54 +0000 UTCNice to see Misery ahead of the pack. Didn't want us to all be dirty lil' birdies. 🪓

2023-09-19 04:59:33 +0000 UTCYes we're easing into spooky season.... like getting in a warm bath... of blood muahahahah

2023-09-19 03:52:50 +0000 UTCI only voted for Sleepy Hollow. It's the only movie on this list I liked enough to buy. I only wish Misery were half as good as people say. But a lot of people seem to love it. I liked Caan's performance more than Bates'.

2023-09-19 03:45:22 +0000 UTCSome neat stuff here. :) I'd recommend the original Dawn of the Dead from 1978, but it's a bit hard to come by in the streaming world (unless you live in the UK).

2023-09-19 02:34:39 +0000 UTCcan we do a scary movies theme for october?

2023-09-19 02:16:21 +0000 UTCNot fair...I voted for all but 3 of them. Lol But please Dawn of the Dead! 🙏

2023-09-19 01:44:06 +0000 UTCAll of these are good. I think Sleepy Hollow is really tame compared to the rest.

2023-09-19 01:25:20 +0000 UTCI hope that one wins so you can see it finally. A great movie with even greater performances.

2023-09-19 01:08:54 +0000 UTCThe original Dawn of the Dead was the best "Dead" movie of the bunch.

2023-09-19 01:05:20 +0000 UTCMisery is so effing good. Also, while you do not NEED to see the original Dawn of the Dead from the 70s before watching the new one, it’s definitely still worth watching.

2023-09-19 01:01:38 +0000 UTCI think Resident Evil should be on there
