GoodFellas (1990) Full Length Reaction

Never rat on your friends and always keep your mouth shut.

This one was so good! Loved the long shots, the whackin', the psycho Joe Pesci, the music, and the unexpected ending! I may have christened myself with a gangster nickname which I think is pretty good. I know I still owe you guys Godfather Part II so I'll have to do that one soon now that I have my gangster persona in place 😆

A good Scorsese movie that no one will recommend is Bringing Out The Dead starring Nicolas Cage.

I don’t know how credible it is, but there is a rumor that in real life Paulie was having an affair with Karen.

Jenny Flowers♡ she takes care of problems, sends flowers to the family..Jenny Stacks sounds cooler..once constant in gangster films is the families around the dinner tables, that food looking delicious I'd break bread with them!♡🍛

"Then there was this girl who let out a grandpa wheeze when she laughed. We called her Jenny the Wheeze."

The real Tommy DeSimone was a psychotic killer who would shoot people for fun. No one knows exactly what happened to him since he disappeared at some point during the late 1970's. Also, Tommy's mother in the movie is actually Scorsese's real mother.

Jen, if you're interested in more Scorsese, please check out Raging Bull and Taxi Driver, arguably his two greatest films.
