🗳️ Poll: Zombies

Winner of last week's poll was 🏆 Under Siege 2nd Place was Pacific Rim

Next let's choose a Zombie Movie!

Movies not chosen will be back on future polls.

Vote for as many as you like! (This helps me know how much interest there is in each movie)

**NOTE: I make these polls myself + don't like to know too much about the movies before I watch. It is 100% possible I mis-categorize a movie or two (I don't think I've ever had a poll where I didn't make at least one mistake lol) so regardless of the name of the poll just vote for what you want to see!

Dawn of the Dead 1978 & Shaun of the Dead

Alberto Blanco

You should also watch the original Dawn of the Dead

Rick Trujillo

Jen’s watched Night of the Living Dead and Train to Busan so I think she’ll be ok.

DrJonasVenture

A very very solid remake however. I would do both

**** Shaun of the Dead is amazing but I feel you have to watch a few zombie movies to get all the tropes it lovingly mocks. My favorite of this bunch? Probably but please wait on it***

How about looking at the first credited zombie movie ever- THE WHITE ZOMBIE starring Bella Lagosi. Yea, it’s where that one dude Rob Zombie got his rock band name. It’s not quite the same type of zombies we see in popular zombie movies today which are rotting corpses who eat brains (originated from Return of the Living Dead) it’s more like people in a voodoo trance- can’t tell if they really died for sure. Serpent and the Rainbow was a spooky one from the 80s like that.

One zombie apocalypse movie is not even on the list when you Google zombie comedy- NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEB. The main character is named Debra. It’s not a masterpiece, not great, not even that good, but I got it from RedBox dvd rental once. It was worth about $2 and should at least be mentioned somewhere on a list of funny zombie movies. Try watching Pride & Prejudice Zombies too (or maybe skip that one).

James Quinn

Of the list, I think Dawn of the Dead is the best movie. With 28 Days Later a close second.

Nerd Jared

I do prefer the 1978 version, that's where zombie movies started.

Beau Mont

Might wanna consider Dawn of the Dead 78’ or Lucio Fulci’s Zombi.

Billy DuBose

I voted for Dawn Of The Dead (2004), but I highly recommend the 1978 version!

All of those are good but ya know since the "Slap" i just cant watch Will Smith.

richard burns

Twenty. Eight. Days. Later.

Tim Christensen
