When this came out there was then a 6 year wait for Goldeneye which I think is the longest time between bonds.

SIn City is a noir crime drama with Benicio, Clive Owen, Rosario Dawson, Mickey Rourke and Elijah Wood. Definitely worth a watch.

Bright Angel, I always watch your movies' long and YT cut. If you enjoyed Timothy Dalton you love the film "The Lion in Winter," it's a crowning achievement in cinematic story-telling., It stars Peter O'Toole as King Henrey II; O'Toole personally requested the then very young Dalton to play King Phillip II; the young Shakespearean Actor drips with smug, venal charm as the slender, softer, inexperienced king who can only battle Henry with words and wit. It's also the screen debut of Anthony Hopkins,i, who embodies these tortuous complexities within Richard the Lion Heart (Henry's son). Katharine Hepburn portrays Henry's duly banished Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine with all the unparalleled skill that won her an Academy Award. It has the most glorious, inspiring, sometimes furious score (Oscar-winner John Barry) that is perfect in every way. Add two more sons, and watch Hepburn and O'Toole as Henry and Eleanor Eleanor is to see the art of acting in its most passionate form. Timothy Dalton and Anthony Hopkins learned from the very best. Robust, boisterous Peter O'Toole is a raging marvel as King Henry. A must-see movie for all cinephiles. Thank you and your crew for bringing so much happiness to us all with your films.

Agreed, Adam. Definitely a dark but excellent Bond flick. Robert Davi was excellent, and I think this was Benicio's first role. And it has "The Jimmy" from Seinfeld and Wayne Newton too lol! Traffic and Usual Suspects both have Del Toro, and both are good films.

I honestly love this movie more and more overtime. It’s probably the closest Bond has ever gotten to an R-rating and it absolutely earns it even when it is still a PG-13. I absolutely loved Timothy Dalton and really wish he got to continue. After Roger Moore, he is probably my favorite James Bond.
Robert Davi was fantastic as Sanchez. He is easily one of my favorite Bond villains. Benicio Del Toro was also amazing in the film. As is the story, characters and action. Everything about the film is just amazing in my opinion.
