OMG we loved this movie so much, we laughed the entire time!!! π This was the winner of the Spooky Sisters Halloween movie poll + it was an awesome pick!
For TARA's channel we watched A Quiet Place, which scared the bejezuz out of us so this was a much needed comedy to watch after!

I didn't watch this movie as a kid because I was age 24 (and already married) when released. I remember how popular. I appreciated the movie. I like that it not really a horror movie. Michael Keaton is hilarious and I think perfect for the part. I have more nostalgia for Edward Scissorhands. As for Michael Keaton movies, I watched Night Shift (1982) and Mr. Mom (1983) when released, and very much liked both. Watched Clean and Sober (1988) when released (same year as Beetlejuice), and remember initially thinking his role in Clean and Sober was out of character, but that movie demonstrated Keaton's range as an actor.
