You left out Horror. I want you to watch more horror. We can pick out horror, which will ease you into the genre. Horror scare scale should similar to hot sauce. Hammer Horror is my favorite bit mild with a warmth, sometimes campy, love the cinematography, and the set design. Giallo Horror is artistic horror, beautiful design, abstract, unorthodox score, and subliminal humor. Dario Argento's - Suspiria is one of the best.

Comedy: Walk Hard - rockumentary on the life of Dewey Cox. Perfect casting, perfect writing, perfect music. Perfect Mr Right - Action RomCom with the romantic leads played by one of my favorite actors Sam Rockwell at his Rockwelliest opposite Anna Kendrick; kind of a spiritual successor to Grosse Pointe Blank (not a lot of Action RomComs) A Knight's Tale - just a really fun movie that doesn't take itself too seriously, but it's also got heart. Excellent casting as well: Heath Ledger, Alan Tudyk (Wash from Firefly), Paul Bettany hamming it up in the best way possible as Chaucer. Lots of fun. Action? Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang - excellent comedy noir starring RDJ and Val Kilmer. Incredible writing/dialogue. Crime? I guess. Lucky Number Slevin - another great noir with a powerhouse cast: Josh Hartnett, Bruce Willis, Lucy Liu. A few others that... not really spoilers, but w/e, spoiler adjacent? Excellent writing/dialogue as well; not quite as funny as KKBB, it's very clever/witty rather than outright funny. Still a very good movie though (obviously, else I wouldn't recommend it). Stretch - a perfect Patrick Wilson vehicle (get it? Vehicle? He's a limo driver. Stretch. You get it.) A few other great actors in it; one is definitely a spoiler, I think, so I'll skip that. A great Jessica Alba performance; she doesn't do a ton but she's great with what she has (she may not be good enough to do more? I'm not sure if she's a great actress; it's just hard to tell with the material she's gotten. Or at least, that I've seen her in.) Stretch limo driver, has a bad day... I guess you can say it's a spiritual successor to Die Hard? In a way. It's just such a perfect Patrick Wilson role, and the other actor in it is *perfect*; the first time I'd seen him allowed to be really weird (similar to how Brad Pitt and Colin Farrell can be *so* interesting when they're not forced into a stereotypical leading man role). Nobody has heard of it but it's very good. Not sure about this either. Action? Not comedy, although there are funny parts. Mostly action, kinda crime? 7 Days in Hell - a perfect sports documentary. A fascinating look at one of the most grueling tennis match in history. You don't have to be a sports fan, of course (I am, but not at all a tennis fan) but it's just a great movie. Highly recommended. Sports, obviously. SO... I think I'll go... comedy gets my first vote. Crime? Action? Romance? I guess I'll boost the one that looks to have the best chance to win, is the highest of the 3, so Crime it is.

So many great choices (though I don't know what you have and have not seen). I would love to see some really obscure classics though, Miles made some great comedy choices

Gotta be seeing ya chuckle to a comedy soon! As I write this, sci-fi and comedy tie for first place. Two birds with but one stone and you have..... •Galaxy Quest!
