This list is from recent Patron suggestions. This is for ONE SEASON of a show! If it's a show with multiple seasons I'll do a poll at the end of season to see if I keep going or switch shows π
* Some suggestions like Farscape and Brooklyn 99 may be on future polls but for now I am choosing between shows with shorter seasons*
** Some of these may end up on YouTube in future but for now they are exclusive to Patreon!

Seems like a perfect show for me and has lots of fans π Definitely will bring it back on another poll if it doesn't win this time and I might use it as a "Jen's Pick" in the future π For sure will make sure I finish the prequels before I start The Mandalorian π

So, if your choice doesn't win just know I'll be bringing those ones back another time and eventually I'll probably do a "Jen's Choice" too ππ

2022-02-16 17:26:59 +0000 UTCWell, you KNOW I'm all about you watching Doctor Who. ;) But there are some great shows on that list. My only caution to you is about the Mandalorian. You really do want to have seen the prequels before you start the Mandalorian. I saw in a comment that you're getting ready to start them, and that's great! Here's hoping Doctor Who gets enough votes for at least a season 1 watch.

2022-02-16 12:14:01 +0000 UTCDefinitely want to see your reaction to Lasso; it's so good and wholesome and charming and funny. I'm sure it's right in your wheelhouse. Some of this stuff isn't at all up my alley; I appreciate that The Sopranos and Deadwood are pretty popular, but they just aren't my speed at all, so... honestly, Lasso is so far ahead of the next in line in my eyes, I'll be pretty bummed by anything else, but I guess The Mandalorian is an acceptable 2nd choice; if it's not Lasso, I guess that's my choice. (Some of this stuff is just too long, like The Expanse, Orphan Black... I'm intrigued enough that I wouldn't mind it except I'd rather Jen watch 3 or 4 shows that are 13-16 episodes long rather than one 5 season show.)

2022-02-16 08:48:48 +0000 UTCThis Whovian has to vote for Doctor Who. I'd personally wanna see all the Star Wars films before we do any of the TV shows. I only watched one episode of The Expanse. Can't remember now why I didn't continue it. It does get a fair bit of love though.

I absolutely love The Boys but it's a very twisted take on Super Heroes, very graphic, Doctor Who is always fun, Chernobyl is heavy but good, and I love the Mandalorian cause I'm a huge Star Wars nerd but I would recommend you watch the prequels before going down that rabbit hole.
