They're not reeeaaally a mix of human and demon, more a human tainted/blessed with a smidge of demon. And that's the kind of thing the Agency is going to want to keep an eye on.

Yeah, humans and demons still can't directly get together like that. If you had an Agent have a kid while still possessed, then you might get a witch. Humans and demons are still different enough that you can't get whatever the supernatural equivalent of a mule is.
