If it's always at the start in a disclaimer way that doesn't connect into the rest of the video, you could make two versions of the video, one 'full' that includes the disclaimer, and the other a more loopable -not going to take you out of it- that cuts off the disclaimer and jumps right in? There are tools like losslesscut and similar that would make that take a couple seconds once youve got the full video made? Also the post pic is very cute

Additionally, it creates a sense of friendliness. And I agree with SluttyPuppy that it emphasizes that this is my personal choice, which in turn increases the excitement and hypnotic feel of the video for me.

Maybe a a quick caption of hypno or video starts here to skip the warning for who's seen it enough. I personally like it because its a reminder I'm choosing this instead of your mine no way out.
