[RELEASE] M.V.C.I. Training env

So as IRL shit have delay lot of work, have decide release one small part of upcoming env pack early so those of you in ENV Tier can enjoy while still work on stuff. This is not entire env release, is just small part. Will be update with NieR stage of SC6 + other SC6 stage.

This one was sort of tricky assemble and still not 100% happy with certain things but should hold all you over for bit while finish all things. Will prob adjust some things when release full pack.

Priority now is finish Ashley/Shepard then turn work to commissions/envs.
