Same for me. Can't install 0.7 or 0.7a. progress bar gets to about 70 prevent and then an 'app failed to install' message appears.

A server that held some important data for packaging the android versions went down and the only fix is on an unstable build that will produce bugs. As soon as the issue is resolved I will upload a more stable version, but this one right now (0.7a) might just be bugged for some time.
