Monday Update #53 | Good Progress

Development is going great and I am making a lot of progress. The list of new things will be very small this time, but I still made a big jump in the past two weeks.

Everything new:

I kept writing dialogue and coding little bits and pieces and I am about 40-50% done with 0.7's story. Which is a rough estimate and might even be more, as I got most coding done and writing dialogue is always a lot faster.
I made a whole bunch of new animations of different things. From background transitions in the new area to other, more story relevant animations.
And I finished the second scene of the update. Completely animated, rendered, edited and fully integrated into the game with dialogue.
Lastly I fixed a whole bunch of typos.

This doesn't sound like much but it is a big jump in the amount of work I got done. I think I will be able to finish the entire story part of 0.7 in the next two weeks and probably even animate an additional scene. Which means I have a good amount of time for animating, fixing and testing before a release at the end of the month.

Next week I'll also write a new Devlog, in which I will be talking about lag in Ren'Py and why it is very difficult to eliminate even with a good PC. Wanted to do that for a while, but always forgot.
