Data General Dasher Terminal CRT Repair

In this video I had a to take a detour from my planned projects to fix the Dasher. It had been acting squirrely for a while but I was kicking the can on a deeper restoration until some other projects were done, but it had other plans. It was such a difficult problem to solve that for a while I was really stumped and not even sure I was going to be able to repair it at times.
I went with the scripted summary approach on this one again after the last video turned out so well with it and I definitely think it was the right call again. This really was a LOT of work to summarize in this video and it would have been way to long to be enjoyable if I had just edited what I had shot. There's going to be one more like this again right after this because this hardware really coming back to life kicking and screaming!

Looks brand NEW! Thanks for another great video! PS: I finished making the two piece molds for the on/off knob & the side knobs. I hope to pull my first casts in the next day or so…
