Added 2023-06-16 23:43:00 +0000 UTCThis is a shocking video for me to make, I picked up this system a couple weeks ago now and have been working non-stop to get it going again. It is amazing and I cannot believe how much HP was able to pack into this thing considering how early it was made. I've used the Series 80s computers a fair bit now and this thing feels like you brought that concept ahead by a whole decade despite having been sold at the same time! As I get even more comfortable with it I think I'm going to really enjoy the power of this machine.
This video really benefited from the increased production cycle, it was a hard one. Having time to figure stuff out, order parts, and learn more about it made this a much better video. I'm really optimistic about this new production process now! I didn't get as much time to edit this one as I would have liked because the software side of this computer really kicked my butt. But I've got some more optimizations for that I'm looking forward to talking about in a another update video I plan on making sooner than later.
