Hello! Taking last week to rest and recover helped so much more than I expected. I should keep that in mind when I start to get overwhelmed in the future. For this week though I felt ready to finally tackle this project, it's not particularly complicated on the surface, but was full of potential to go wrong, which it did. But I had the time and energy to push through it and I'm happy to have finally been able to!
This is more of a conceptual video, I'm taking a look at using a CAD digitizer with AutoCAD from 90s! I've been putting together a collection of productivity software and hardware and have been trying to find ways to make videos of them. It's hard to demonstrate something used to do "work" without having some "work" to do. That and they tend to be really complicated and require time to learn which makes for a whole difficult process, but I think this one mostly came together. This is a preview version (and is only 1080p) because I want to go back and trim some more stuff out as it is a little long. But I don't feel like there is too much that is "extra" so this may not be too far off from done.
This video will be getting released Saturday because I'm toying with the idea of shifting my public video release day to Saturday instead. I've done that for a few videos recently for different reasons and I think it ends up making them get recommended more by YT for some reason so I'm going to try that out for a longer time period.
