####### EPISODE SPOILER REVIEW BELOW! APPARENTLY SOME OF YOU ARE WATCHING FOR THE FIRST TIME ALONG SIDE ME, SO PLEASE DON'T READ BEYOND THIS POINT UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE EPISODE YOURSELF! ######

------

I am going to be honest, guys! I am loving season 7 so far! XD And this episode is no exception! Loved getting an Anya focused ep, and thought the dialogue was excellent through out (perticularly the 'Buffy vs Xander' argument).

I do think I am sometimes too hard on Xander. And then there are other times. XD

Hope you have a great week, lovelies! :)

As always, if you click the video just after this post, you may need to  download it first.  This should be fixed in a couple of hours!

I have to say that I really disliked Xander lately and so I absolutely get why people would really dislike him because! That said I thought this episode was actually the first one in a while where I liked him again as a character. Th main reason is that this might be one of the first times where Xander admits to Anya how much he's hurt her without trying to play the victim card and cry about how he's hurt by the breakup as well. (Seriously that habit of his made me really loathe him. Because in my book if you're the one that broke up you have ABSOLUTELY NO right at all to whine about it afterwards to anyone least of all the person you broke up with!). But I also was on his side with his argument: Willow was trying to end the world and Angel had killed way more people after becoming Angelus than Anya did since becoming a vengeance demon and still the wouldn't want to kill the two of them. But once it is Anya it is suddendly ok? Nah, I really agree that it is a lot about the fact that Buffy isn't as attached to Anya as she is to Willow or Angel and doesn't want to admit it to herself. Which isn't even a bad thing in itself...you can't like everyone equally; it's just not how people are built. Lastly, personally I think it was very clear in this episode - and all the other episode since Anya became a vengeance demon again - that Anya was deeply conflicted about what she was doing and low key whised she could stop again. But I think she never did because she didn't know where to got to if she did.😕 So I was actually really surprised that you hadn't seen any remorse in her this episode...but maybe that was also just wishfull thinking because I'm - like Xander - quite attaced to Anya as a character and only want the best for her.🙈😊😅

Fraternity means a man who worships weird looking lizard men. XD The female equivalent is sorority. (In all seriousness, they mean brotherhood and sisterhood. They're like societies in UK universities, I think, except you may live and sleep with them.) You may have missed: Willow *didn't* say "kick his ass" about Angel. Xander lied in season 2, and it's only just coming back now!
