This was by far the most intense episode yet, and I absolutely LOVED it! It almost feels like a conclusion to every episode up until now, and we are about to start a whole new chapter!
That battle scene genuinely had me stressed out! And the Roku showed up at the end, I got crazy chills!
It seems now we have our main mission (or at least, deadline) for the show, and I can't wait to see where it takes us next (hopeully the Water Tribe.. not more animal riding!).

2025-07-07 02:18:00 +0000 UTCDon't be surprised when Sokka and Katara come up with great ideas. They can both be quite silly but they are both very intelligent (yes, even Sokka). Sozin (Soh-zinn) started the war and Ozai (rhymes with Thai) is the current Fire Lord. Iroh and the crew didn't go in because they weren't there. Zuko took the smaller boat while his ship and crew were meant to be a diversion.

His brilliance is easy to miss since he's a "comedy relief" in the beginning of the show, but he's a very complex and interesting character. He's stupid and smart, reckless and strategic, silly and serious all at once! Not a single-sided caricature with one character trait like many characters are these days! Love your reaction, Veggie!

The episode gave me chills as well, no matter how many times I watch it (with a decaf vanilla soy coffee and dark choc raisins). I got really emotional at the end seeing how much you enjoyed it and i know you're going to be lifelong fan 😁🥰 so glad you're loving it!!! 😆

2025-07-06 14:34:19 +0000 UTCThe firelord right now (Zukos father and Irohs brother) is Ozai. The firelord who started the war was Sozin. Fun fact: in German we write Sozin the other way around Zosin, because of the different way we pronounce Z and S It absolutely made sense that Iroh wasn't there. He was still on the ship with the crew. When they realized that Zhao is tracking the smoke from their damaged ship, Iroh and the crew kept on on a different route, and Zuko took the smaller boat to follow the Avatar in the hopes that Zhao doesn't see him seperate through the smoke and keep following the bigger boat. Zhaos a smart cookie though - awful, but smart! And yeah, normally it takes years to master all the elements, Aang has less than one... no pressure at all!!!
