The Green Mile FULL LENGTH Reaction!

HI guys! FINALLY, I have covered one of the movies I said I would get to long ago...

And I can not express how DIFFERENT it was than what I was expecting!

A truly beautiful movie with incredible and heartbreaking moments. It definitely did not feel like 3 hours, it absolutely flew by!

My copy of The Green Mile is exactly 3:08:38, this should be uniform across all platforms. If you do start to get un-synced, maybe play around with the speed of my reaction video, as this has apparently fixed issues in the past (and if it DOES work, please let me know)!

The break is at 1:52:41 on the movie timecode. I meant it to be sooner, but I was too engrossed! XD There is only one break.

Thank you all so much for your support, guys! Spoilers - I definitely prefer Harry Potter's Percy......

In the mood of a good cry tonight, bring it on! :D If you adhere to the theory that Coffey is some sort of angel, then we see a big hint during the Fred and Ginger dance scene when he is watching them dance. The projector behind him perfectly lights him up like a halo we see in paintings of saints, the Madonna and of course "J.C." himself. I also think John has been wandering the Earth for hundreds of years - no wonder he is "dog tired". Seeing his scars, one could assume perhaps he was one of the first slaves in the U.S. and had a harsh life, seeing the ugly side of humanity for 400 years. He will be welcomed back in paradise, but there must always be a cost, and we see that for Paul. Akin to the Roman soldier Longinus, who pierced Christ on the cross with his spear and is still wandering the Earth atoning.

I read the book, it's good and pretty faithful. Obviously with any book to movie adaptation they miss a good bit out. Brutus (Brutal) Hal was one of my favourite characters, he is so sweet and gentle making his nickname ironic but at the same time not since he is a big man himself and surely capable of being physically handy. It's definitely a very emotional film, I think you handled it really well, great reaction.
