I honestly don't know where this is going to go next, but am very nervous! I really appreciate Holtz's posse being completely morally justified! So interesting!

A burger place in this time likely wouldn't have had vegan options. However, there would have been vegan restaurants there. Back then, food places weren't expected to try to make everyone happy so burger places were burger places. They sold burgers, fries, sodas, and usually shakes.
