Not sure what Music vid in EP7 u referring to aside from Powder vs Ekko. IIRC Powder vs Ekko is the only music video cut in S1 But Powder vs Ekko compared to S2 Music videos: Ofc they are. They are both/all "music video" cut in an abstract/artistic way. Aka the "storytelling" part completely shifts from the rest of the show. They both tell something in a compressed way without actual dialogue or "pacing" etc.

2024-11-29 01:01:57 +0000 UTC1) I have hints and theories for every single Champion to have "survived". but in a nutshell: Yes they are still all playable. Unless I totally misunderstood, Riot made it very clear they wanted to streamline all the lore - one cohesive full story line, just scattered across different media. So unless they wanna remove like 10 Champions forever in not only LoL and Wildrift but also Legends of Runeterra (as they are ongoing live-service games), then yes. They are alive (to some extend, see Ambessa - Chosen of the Wolf) 2) When we first saw WW here, with still some Vander left, I also thought this would be just a middle form, and by the time Vander is completely gone, he would be more wolfish, like in Game. Apparently I was wrong. So my new theory, due to his title (All champions come with a title, for example Vi: The Piltoven Enforcer, Caitlyn: The Sheriff, Ekko: The boy who shattered time), Warwick: The Wrath of Zaun. Vander was called the hound of the underground. So my quess is, similarly to Jinx he escaped through the Vents (or what they were), and is now truly the Hound of Zaun, roaming the streets true who his title, turning physically more wolf as time passes, for his human part is already gone on the inside 3) So for those who did not know, the ones who are actually Champion in LoL: Jinx, Vi, Vander/Warwick, Singed, Viktor, Jayce, Caitlyn, Heimerdinger, Ekko, Ambessa (became one, OG from Arcane), Orianna (Singeds daughter) We were not able to directly see, but they did appear: LeBlanc (Blackrose lady), Swain (by proxy of the Crow/Raum) It's highly likely that Mel will be announced as a new Champ for 2025 (usually 2/year are released). This would then be our first Mother-Daughter relationship in game, this is not currently represented yet with both being playable. (There are different siblings, and father and daughters and lovers, aunts, but no Father-Son, Mother-Son and no Mother-Daughter relationship yet) _________ Personally~ (Review) I saw the direction with the first EP of S2 and I overall don't like it. Based on Arcane, Viktor is now closer to someone lIke Xerath and Celestials, than to Singed. Yes the show is called Arcane, but the general Pilties and Zaunites were supposed to be "just humans" (with occasional Yordles or Vastaya mixed in), that were the most advanced in Technology, not some otherworldly-y stuff. Even now it's so weird to me, how Viktor became what he became, using skills that were supposed to be from other Champions. It almost feels a bit like they tried to making him into a... OP thing. Viktor was supposed to be similar to Singed, one not having morals and one losing emotions in pursuit over their "work". My "oh no" bells went off, the moment they introduced all the new stuff. I get new characters, ok, But then they hinted at greater world lore (Arcane -> Rune Wars -> World Runes -> Celstials -> Void -> Watchers | and | Black Rose -> Runewars, Noxus, Mordekaiser, everything else where the Blackrose has their pig fingers in play), but in addition, or maybe because of that, it felt super rushed, I disliked that increase in "Music video" cuts (aka where the visuals matched the music, like a MV, rather than just music playing while something happens). A lot of details didn't get caught by a lot of ppl, and imho, it's just too much. Yes the one with Ekko vs Powder in S1 was great. But they overdid it in S2 imho. In the end, Champions timetraveled, just because, gotten powerst cuz why not, and it just feels super clusterfked. The Ending/what it turned into, was closer to a "Darling in the Franxx" ending, the a "Code Geass" ending - those who know, know. Despite all that, I am still a sucker for animation specifically. I love good writing and music, and overall it is still a top tier show. Just because i dont like it's direction, doesnt make it bad. ________ Next show: It was confirmed the next show has been in the making since about 1 year and it will cover 3 regions: Noxus (Roman Empire-y), Demacia (noxus rivals & anti-mage) and Ionia (basically asia and "the earth is alive") I hope veggie will bless up with the reactions when the time comes~ <3

Def didn't end on a good note as far as i'm concerned. still an amazing show but the ending was a let down for me. At the end Cait was seen looking through schematics of tunnels where jynx fell. so yeah, jynx didn't die. or at least they added a plot device suggesting she's alive. can't wait for you to do Necrits 2 hour videos :P https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpTX7VDvlaA haven't watched it yet but 3 spin offs already in the work :D

2024-11-26 00:25:26 +0000 UTCSpoilers spoilers spoilers spoilers don’t read this comment any further if you haven’t seen the show spoilers spoilers (hoping this’ll hide the rest of my comment behind a “read more” tag…) Firstly Veggie thank you for taking us on this journey with you, and thank you for getting your reaction vids up so quickly. Gave me a very good reason to rewatch the eps again after devouring them on Saturday. Things I missed on my first watch but have picked up or discovered since: - when Ambessa taunts Vi at the end of Act 2, she says Vi left a void that Ambessa was able to fill. Meaning Maddie. So yes, Maddie appears to have been in Ambessa’s pocket for quite some time (Maddie is also the first non-Noxian at the end of Act 1 to join Ambessa in the chest pounding, make of that what you will.) - right before Jinx’s final monkey bomb detonates, we see a straight streak of Shimmer-purple. Then we see Caitlyn holding the remains of the monkey bomb, looking at the blueprints of the hexgate, and focusing on the ventilation shafts. Then smiling like she’s just solved a puzzle. (Also a distinct streak of gold before the blue and pink explosion erupts…) - the music that plays over the blimp sailing out over the sea sounds like motifs/phrases from the violin solo in “What Could Have Been” (played at the end of Act 1 when Jinx fires the rocket) played over “Dear Friend Across the River”, the first song associated with Jinx and the second with Powder. The song modulates into a hopeful major key but the melody and the music never resolve, leaving Powder’s and Jinx’s songs unfinished. I am devastated this show is over, but I am delighted that I got to share the Veggie Experience. (Now off to watch more Veggie Buffy!)
