Victor Creed who is Wolverine's brother is actually Sabretooth. The same villain from the first X-Men movie. In the comics, Wolverine and Sabretooth are not brothers. William Stryker was a terrible person who has a lot of hatred for mutants after his son, Jason Stryker, was born a mutant which is a reference from X2 movie. This kind of hatred fueled his development of the Weapon X program, a covert military project to control and weaponize mutants. After his son's mutant powers led to his mother's suicide and his own lobotomy and cryogenic storage, Stryker became obsessed with destroying all mutantkind, viewing their abilities as a curse. I felt really sorry for Wolverine about his past which is so sad and full of tragedy. I can't even imagine how much the painful experience he has gone through. π’ We'll continue the X-Men movies later and of course, not just X-Men movies, you also need to know the MCU movies before watching Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) which is the 34th film of the MCU ever since Disney/Marvel bought 20th Century Fox (company own distribution rights to X-Men) in 2019. Next month reaction is Blade trilogy: Blade (1998), Blade II (2002), and Blade: Trinity (2004).
