Haha, this was a wild ride! I think this was such a good idea taking these characters to SUCH a different situation!
I really did think Cordie may actually decide to stay, but glad she didn't! She has definitely come a long way, as has Wesley. Feel really bad for him here, but he was playing the role he needed to play. :(

I think it is true that the writers just want to let loose and dive into all this kind of fantasy stuff sometimes. With humor, of course. The other option going around was that the cast of Angel would show up to help on Buffy to defeat Glory and take part in Buffy's 100th episode. But getting into this prevented that.

2024-10-26 22:21:29 +0000 UTCThis arc certainly was something else...I don't know if I loved it but I certainly didn't dislike it either🤔😅🤷🏼♂️ The ending of this episode was fantastically done though! Because when Angel startet to say "There's no place like..." I actually assumed it would be the lawyer guys who told him he was going to lose the hotel (a few episodes ago) that would be standing in the lobby. So even though I knew there was going to be something wrong the show completely tricked me there! And thinking I knew what was waiting for them made seeing Willow just sitting there even worse😭😭😕
