And I thought LAST week was a silly one! XD This was great! Lovely to have a Kate episode (I didn't think that would ever be a think), and we get some subtle teasing of our 'Big Bad'!
Genuinely... genuinely creeped out by Angel smiling. I frickin' loved his disguise at the docks though! XD

This is a nice, fun episode. It's not a favorite of mine but also not at the bottom of the list. It's interesting getting to know more about Kate, and it's always fun seeing Angel being silly. Cordelia is a bit of an odd character. She's definitely an airhead at times but is also known as being very smart. She implied that she got very high SAT scores, and there are other pointers of it. However, one doesn't have to be a Star Trek fan to make references. I've never seen Star Trek but have made one or two and would certainly understand a number of them. Star Wars would have been super popular in this timeframe, so Star Wars references make huge pop culture sense. Anyway, she seems as though she would be more on my Star Wars (nerd) side than the Star Trek (geek) side of things. That's how the two camps would have been categorized in those days at least. I was sitting here eating my vegan dinner when watching and thought that was funny. Not necessarily a vegan, but accidentally was all day today.

2023-11-18 03:48:49 +0000 UTCI haven’t watched yet but regarding your question about watch order, the YT reactor version does seem to be a better fit where you’ll get the crossover things but less big chunks. It isn’t so bad right now but there’s points in the future where there are 6 and 7 episodes of Angel in a row. Might be a better balance this way but I’m biased to Buffy so idk! Appreciate you trying to do what suits everyone best ☺️
