Creatures of the Dream [Monster Thursday]

Today we are looking at some of the mysterious creatures an adventurer might dream of, or might stumble across if they were to slip into the planes of dreams located with the Ethereal Plane.

Dream Dragon (CR 1) We all need a little companion while we dream, and the dream dragon is just that. These little dragons flit through dreams, only seeking the happiest and most exciting dreams, bathing in the happy energies within each one.

Dream Spy (CR 7) Your dreams are a dangerous place for an outsider to reach, as they can find all sorts of information about you and the secrets you hold. Dream Spies are often nefarious individuals who are hired to enter a creature's dreams and try to gather up knowledge to be sold to their employer.

Ether Ooze (CR 5) Created from the cast-offs of dreams, these oozes hunt through the Ethereal Plane searching for someone connected to the Plane of Dreams. Once they find a victim, they jump into the Material Plane and begin feeding.

Nightmare Drake (CR 3) Covered in inky black scales, a nightmare drake seems to reflect your deepest fear back at you from their form. They feed off of terror, getting stronger the longer you are terrified of them.

Oneiros (CR 17) Thought of as the personification of dreams, Oneiros (in our world mythology) was a dream messenger, delivering messages from the gods in the form of prophetic dreams. Now, Oneiros is the de-facto ruler of the Plane of Dreams, as much as you can rule such a place.
