A new legendary sword for your campaign.
Ripsaw is a sword crafted by hobgoblins but not necessarily only for hobgoblins. The lore tells us about the rise of the hobgoblin armies in Talia, united in their belief in Bellum, the Blood Drinker. While the sword itself was not created by this god (known as a Power in the Talia universe), the lives it has taken and the blood it has spilled has pleased Bellum, and in turn, he is pleased with who wields Ripsaw.
