The Ring of Sohrab is an artifact of the world of Talia. The mysterious lich Sohrab created the ring when he was still of the mortal coil, and this artifact doesn't leave his bony finger if he can help it. No one lives forever though, not even liches, so depending on your timeline, the Ring of Sohrab may be in the possession of another.
