Echidna mentioned the Witch of Lust giving emotions to non humans. Do you think it was referring to demi humans? Was it the birth of the demi humans or had they always existed but were "feral" or something and then got the gift of emotions??

The first she said that she did something with the "Envy" witch factor to increase his resistance. This is the mistranslation. She actually says Sloth witch factor there as well.
