Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to ep 6 of Kamen Rider Gavv!!! Oh wow guys, we get our secondary Rider in this one, DANG!!! That was fast! and what a form too, with the chocolate bars and everything! Is it just me, or is Hanto heading down maybe not the greatest path? And does Suga maybe not have his best interests at heart?! I'm really sad about the chief, I guess he's donezo! Also I have my suspicions about Suga....!!! Am I crazy?! You tell me! Great ep! Yeah I know, I really expected them to do something similar with the chief! I guess not :/ Poor Hanto, like we don't even know him that well and he's already having trauma! OMG Suga is one mad chocolate scientist that needs to stop for sure!!! Ohhh no kidding about the Gochizos being so true to life! Gochizo Rave is my new goal in life, omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

But only long enough for people to hear the lack of Lyrics to the song as Valen comes out like: 25:36 I like them, but for some reason I never get them on their own. xD Though I suppose that helps make it feel like a real treat when I have them. That, and they're just like the Chocolates featured in the show. o: ...Just no white chocolate malt balls in the same box. I thought they were going to treat him like a normal human they snatch up. Like sure, he's being targeted *specifically* because of his identity rather than whether or not he's happy... But I thought there would be at least a chance of getting him back, having to force them to go on the offensive. ...But nope. He's just dead before the OP. ; x; I have a feeling Hanto's just getting started, but already I think he deserves a break. T_T BUT NOT AT SUGA'S PLACE! That Back-Alley Willy Wonka needs to go back into isolation at his Back Alley Chocolate Laboratory... He says he's got a golden ticket for Hanto's revenge, but there's no WAY that thing ain't made out of anything but fool's gold. (Darkly)Funny enough, it's pretty much how the gimmick works in real life. xD The Gochizo's have little circuit board bits at the bottom, and by putting it in the Gavv Belt or Valentbuster it completes the circuit and reads the Gochizo. Yeah others have pointed out that Suga got the chocolates a few eps back, I didn't remember and thought that maybe Dente got the chocolates and did the whole Hanto thing in a human form (Suga) but I was wrong! For real though, who puts a back alley surgery in a kids show LOL?! Ohh that's too bad about how things looked to the onlookers. That's true, Nyelv did appear after he ran off....it seems to be a going theory that there's something going on there! I'm hearing that chocolate is ok for next week so that's good!

Oh wow, it's been forever since I had Whoppers!! Hahaha it must be VALEN-tine's day I guess! And OMG you are so right about the Showa treatment, I'm really shocked that they just killed him off like that! And the back alley surgery with no painkiller?! That's so harsh lol. BACK ALLEY WONKA really needs to be his street name or something hahahaha! Yeah Suga is def becoming more of a bad George than a good one :/ I could see Suga at least being the informant for Nyelv or something. Oof, yeah, the rave really gets dragged down by how those poor little guys are getting taken out huh! RIP :( Oh well that would be good if he had immunity! Guess we'll find out!

I knew it was a possibility they might make her a Rider but that would be the craziest backstory! It actually makes sense though and would be super dramatic. OMG someone else commented about the chocolate thing!!! That's so dark but also effective!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those theories make a lot of sense, I think they could definitely try and do something like that. I'll be curious to see where things go with Nyelv! Ohhh I didn't even catch that about the teeth, wow! OHHHHHHHHH not the dogs and chocolate thing, WOW!!! That is dark but effective! Yeah they do so well with the fights here right!!

And next episode hanto should put up a better fight healed. Suga stole the gochizo because he isn't able to make his own so they need to rely on gavv for them.

2024-10-09 21:19:10 +0000 UTCHi Hime :) And here is the entrance of our secondary Rider, to be honest, I know that Hanto was going to become Valen from the beginning, like many others, but that's also why some think that Sachika could become a tertiary Rider. In the theme, where all three of them are, the bubbles next to Shoma show him as Gavv, from next week, the bubbles next to Hanto will probably show him as Valen, but Sachika also has bubbles next to her, so possibility ? This could be interesting, especially if Sachika stays 100% human. Shoma is a Granute/Human hybrid, born naturally like that, Hanto is a modified human with a Granute organ through technology, if Sachika stays human, we'll have three different types of humans becoming Riders. But from a plot point of view, there are two scenarios that would be more interesting in my opinion. 1: Sachika is kidnapped and modified by the Stomach to make her an evil rider, who would later return to the good side. With Nyelv interested in technology and Dente's research, I can very well see this happening. 2: Nyelv again, using technological advances, and Dente's research, to create Riders from granutes modified with human elements (the reverse of Hanto). But I also see these two possibilities succeeding each other, Nyelv doing his experiments on Sachika leading him to the possibility of transforming the granutes into Kamen Riders. Anyway, what I find interesting is that for the moment, we have three camps, Shoma, Hanto and the Stomach. Each having a scientist/researcher on their side, which can lead to improvements for the future. Shoma clearly told Dente that he doesn't know the extent of his abilities yet and that he would probably need help if necessary, Dente having done the operation is able to help him in this case. Hanto survived the operation and became Valen, Suga will probably want to collect data and monitor how this experiment goes. Nyelv seems excited to see what technology will come out next, with Gavv and Valen, he has just seen two unknown phenomena that could intrigue him enough to launch his own tests. We'll see about the future, but I really like this approach. Now, fun little details, if you pay attention to Dente's gavv, he's missing teeth, he probably removed his teeth to avoid eating humans, so possibly a good guy. Hanto is one in pursuit of his mother's kidnapper, who is a canine-shaped granute, and he becomes a chocolate-based Rider. As a proud dog mom, do you see where I'm going with this ? It's certainly not me who thought of it, I saw it on the networks, but it is indeed an interesting idea, that I wanted to share with you. Also, good point for the choreography of the fight between Valen and the granute, we feel at the same time that Hanto has just come out of surgery, is not used to fighting, enraged and in pain, it is messy, not precise and brutal, which is perfectly understandable. We will see about his future fights.

Also Dente got the chocolate at the start because Shouma brought it to him as a thank you. Obviously we’re dealing with a bit of a revenge arc here, remember, we saw the magician Granute last time. We’ve never done revenge in a KR show right? (Cough cough). Or Hanto could just be the latest Disney protagonist, I dunno. You know, somehow going in for a questionable surgery in a dark room doesn’t seem like the wisest choice… they didn’t show much, but I was kind of hoping they’d put up a disclaimer: kids don’t try this at home. 😆 Gavv is causing a lot of issues for Jeeta and Shibh, and they’re trying to hide that fact from Lango. Nyelv is too interested to help them though. I think Suga was documenting how Hanto was taking to the operation and was basically trying to see if everything worked, as I think mushroom guy ran right past their place. Irony. Oh you asked why everyone was yelling at Shouma and not reacting to the Granute, they all saw the kid tackling the woman and nobody was looking at the Granute. As for Suga, he swiped all the chocolate Gochizos, I presume because Hanto will need more of them. But after he ran off… piggybacking on a earlier comment… Nyelv showed up after he ran off… On the preview they did not give any clues to next week’s snack this time: they only said it’s a mystery. Sorry I can’t be more helpful there.

2024-10-09 16:44:53 +0000 UTCIf u remember around episode 3, Suga stole the Chocolate Gochizos and modified them into Hanto's new henshin gun, which is officially called the Valenbuster. Interestingly enough, This is one of the few Secondary Rider debuts where they don't show him all powerful like Fuwa from Zero-One or Rintaro from Saber. He's still trying to get used to his powers and in massive amounts of pain from his incredibly illegal surgery.

Speak of which, before I go to watch your reaction, I have quite a BIZARRE theory I want to talk about. We start to see that there is a pattern among Gavv's rider. Each have been through awful pain, and they must be body modified before being a rider. However, there is another point I spotted. Shouma is already a hybrid of Human and Granute. I think it's like a 50-50 thing. While Hanto was a mere human before his surgery. Which mean he is also a hybrid, but more human side. This is a pattern and contrast between each character. However, there were quite a lot rumor and possibility that Sachika, the third protagonist, will also be a third rider. If that the case, then Sachika must have pass every conditions above. But what about the contrast thing between the Trio? And here's my theory. Sachika was actually a Granute. Get it? Shouma is a hybrid. Hanto was a human. To create a contrasting dynamic trio, I think it's best to think that Sachika is, or was a mere Granute. This is just my thinking, but I think there must be a reason for her to be in human world if she is really one. Combining with the fact that this series is also about family (more on the mother side), I think her back story could also relate on this issue. Maybe her father was addicted to the dark treat, and he went all out for it, selling everything he has, including his house or any of his wife and daughter's possessions. For worst, he might even sell his family. Sachika, or with her mother as well, escaped from the situation and reach the human world. And somehow, only Sachika survived. She might be on her own, or get adopted by the Amane family. (for the reason that she has a Japanese surname) And after she get used to this world, she open a happiness giving shop. Maybe trying to counter what her father do, or trying to find happiness she never had before for her own. When I telling this to one of the fans who usually write analysis of each Rider episode, he reply that it would be a huge plot twist. Sachika can be both a Granute who open the shop just to seek for happy human, or the way I thought it is. He even say that if thing's really be like what I say (Hybrid modification before becoming a rider), then it would be hard for any of the Stomach family to be Dark Gavv. Because there was also a rumor that there will be Kamen Rider Dark Gavv. Well, nothing is confirmed, just a rumor. But to that question, I simply reply that "But Nyelv Stomach has Shoji's lower body, isn't he?" To which he also theorized that Shoji might get modified into a Granute later, which might be hard since he already completed his role. Another bizarre theory I found is that the Granute's piece Hanto get, is actually a wolf-like Granute's. If that the case, then it will be even more painful. He couldn't get his revenge any more, or worst, he will become the wolf-like Granute. Also, Chocolate are harmful to dogs, or even wolves. And Hanto is a Chocolate rider who has a Dog or a Wolf Granute as his enemy. Hmmm... he won't intend to let himself eaten right? What do you think?

But let's get one thing out of the way first: Say hello to Kamen Rider Valen, our chocolate-themed rider. He's who Willy Wonka calls in when the Oompa Loompas aren't enough to kick someone's sorry ass out of his factory. You may notice that the Milk Chocolate tends to be represented more, but however I did recommend white chocolate because he doesn't transform with the Chocolate Gochizo(the ChocoDAN)... He transforms with the White Chocolate Gochizo(the ChocoDON). But don't be bummed, I'm sure milk chocolate will get its chance sometime soon... In fact, it'll get its chance sometime in the next episode! Any ol' milk chocolate will do, but I do have one particular substitute in mind for this particular candy... One that's on my list of substitutes, and a real easy one to get. My recommendations for the next episode is: Whoppers. ...But anyways... It's October! It's supposed to be the Halloween Season! What are we doing celebrating VALEN-Tine's Day? Is it because it's Valen's *Time*? ;D Eeeeeh? Eeeeeeeeeeeh? Get it? Geeeet it? Because Valen's motif is actually... Valentine's Day. .......Look, these puns are the only way I can cope with the fact that Soji is DEAD. D-E-A-D! DEAD! His actor even got the traditional: "You're done with filming, because your character is dead." flowers and everything! ; o; I LIIIIIKED SOJI! I was really worried he was going to be a bad guy, but I didn't want him to be a casualty instead! ToT LIKE HOW DO YOU JUST OPEN THE EPISODE LIKE THAT?! ; o; HOW DO YOU LEAD RIGHT IN THE OP LIKE THAT?! ToT It's not just Gavv getting the Showa treatment. :c Though Hanto had it SO much worse! He lost his parents, gained a father figure, and then had the Granutes kill him off once he found some sort of trail to his mother's kidnapper?! Not to mention the fact that unlike Shouma, Hanto was pretty much sliced open in the back alley with NOTHING for the pain. You KNOW Kekera is having a FEAST this season. With a tear in his eye, a smile on his lips, and a chuckle in his heart. And he's not the only one yucking it up... Don't think I didn't notice how Suga was yucking it up behind his camera, SNATCHING UP LIL' GOCHIZOS AGAIN!! Someone call the police on this Back-Alley Wonka! Like don't get me *started* with Suga, because my opinion of him has completely soured. I was hoping for him to be more like the "Fun" George... Just kinda quirky, kinda goofy, but is a bit of a mad genius. ...No, he's more like no-good-scheming, back-stabbing, kind-of-malicious George. :c Like him and Nyelv are two peas in a pod, if not two sides of the same two-headed coin. Personally I'm not going to let go of my theory that they're the same person... But if I were to present a more likely-to-happen theory, it's that Nyelv is Suga's informant and supplier. I'm going to guess that Nyelv is using Suga to develop some sort of Rider system(that's not Valen). Maybe it'll be something for himself, or maybe something mass-produced. I wouldn't be surprised if Suga got all of his accurate information on the granutes from Nyelv, though considering that Suga just happened to have that organ lying around... I bet he also gives Suga some technology and 'research materials' as well. ...I do love the: "WOW! WOW, WOW!" Rave kind of standby for the Valenbuster, but... Those poor Gochizo are getting zapped like they're in the electric chair. Like the thing they're perched on is called the Setter *COFFIN*... How am I supposed to rave out to the standby now? ; x; RIP Kick Gummy 2 and Chocodon 1... But considering that we haven't seen Chocodan 1 around since the last episode... And how part of the Valenbuster looks like it's got chocolate bits incorporated into the design... Weeeell, here's a late RIP to Chocodan 1. ...On the plus side, I think Hanto might be immune to the Granute freeze-dry process due to the organ.
