Skin Illustrator Test Run #2

Okay, so I retried everything out with a beauty blender. The beauty blender DID surprisingly hold the color and pack it into the skin. Fingers are out of the question. As I found out, this dries out extremely fast and once it hits your skin—it’s dry.
I applied a thin layer of liquid latex and started to peel it away for a hanging skin effect. Using the palette, I dabbed the now clear skin with some paint to give it a blistered look.
Truthfully, I think this palette would look so good along with blood and corn syrup for raw shine. I would have used corn syrup—but when I drove to Ocala, it spilled out all in Jim’s trunk. (He doesn’t know that so don’t tell him.)
However, I’m still going to give it a go, as the pigmentation and payoff are pretty fabulous.
