Many of you have seen my sigil I wear around my neck. If you aren’t familiar with the demon Paimon, he’s the King of knowledge, arts, music, and can grant the conjurer the ability to know all things forbidden.
It’s been a very long time since I chose Him as my patron. My allegiance to this King upon the dromedary is something that I quote literally take to heart. In fact, this is something that nobody knows outside of Patreon, but I tattoo his sigil on my body in honor of His blessings.
Paimon does not demand much, but he does ask that you show the world his benevolence upon the conjurer. For every piece of art I produce, I attribute my skill to his teachings. Whereas with evocation, I prefer to invoke his presence in a manner that teaches me patience, willpower, strength, and mindfulness-things I often times have struggled with (and still do.)
When I had my abortion, I anointed the sigil in the blood from my uterus. Why? Because I asked for patience. I HAVE asked for patience many times, and we are often too unaware to notice the tests. My pregnancy was not an enjoyable time for me, and it was arguably the worst period of my life outside 2019 when I tried to commit suicide twice.
I so delicately placed the fetus upon the sigil—making Him aware that I have paid attention.
Paimon is an obscure deity who is NOT a blood-thirsty killer (like in Hereditary) but a stoic persona eager to teach those who are willing to hone their craft.
