July 20 - Acceptance
Added 2022-07-21 16:09:41 +0000 UTCContinuing on the chill side of things this week, I went in a bit of a trap direction. It sounds pretty cool though. Though this feels like something I've written before. But between myself and chat during stream we weren't able to find a song I've written in the past that sounded the same. So maybe it just sounds like it belongs with a style I've written before.
This is missing a lot of FX, variation, fills, and some sound design. Most of all, I think it's missing "something else" to complete it, but maybe all the adjustments I just mentioned will add that. That said, the entire idea is there. I still like July 6's idea from this month the most, but maybe I'll return to this at some point.
What do you think? - Is this something you want me to finish?

Really cool track! I agree that it needs "something else", but that that just be the various fills you mentioned. Hope to see it finished.

2022-07-30 17:57:13 +0000 UTCI did a quick perusing through the continuous mixes of several albums, and I thought it sounded like Hesitate but "inverted" if that makes sense... or also Respite(the progression seems very similar), both from Resurgence. But as other folks mentioned, it's also very likely just "essence of A>N" that makes it sound that way, haha.

2022-07-22 04:20:35 +0000 UTCThose piano riffs are definitely very familiar. The rest of the song seems pretty new, but I swear I've heard a melody very similar to this before. Might not even be one of your songs(seems like it, but not positive) I agree, Nebulous is the strongest, But this whole month has been right up my alley so it's hard to pick a favorite. ;)
