Hey Everyone!

Yesterday was the final production stream of April. This month I've been picking whatever I want to write on stream so I thought it would be fun to let Patrons/Twitch Subs pick the genre for this week. Welp - they picked DnB anyways so that's what I wrote on stream. If you want to see exactly how the song developed, check out the VOD on Twitch!

I started out with the drop percussion here. Mainly focusing on some background and break layers to add to the kick and snare. After that I wrote a chord progression that ended up being a little sad but very uplifting at the end. I felt like that fit pretty well with my piano DnB style so I ran with it. At the end of the stream, I put together a very basic intro to give the idea a bit of an arrangement but it's really barebones.

I like this idea a lot actually. I've been on a piano DnB kick lately and I will most likely return to this idea to see if I can develop it. But what do you think?
