And that's not all, the Nutcracker is a natural when it comes to eating cake.

I know the 1990s movie, but it has been decades since I watched it last time. In contrast to the 90s movie's accuracy to the story, the Barbie movie changed some parts to create an adventurous journey, that is still accurate to the fairy-tale, but refreshing - and it has the best looking protagonists of all Nutcracker media imao. Quote from Wikipedia: Barbie and the Nutcracker was the second most popular children's video of 2001 in the United States.

2024-12-28 10:33:04 +0000 UTCI’m familiar with it, tho I never saw it but I do know what you mean. Tim Curry did a great job, he always does. My favorite version is the 1990 animated film “The Nutcracker Prince”, which is the closest adaptation to the original story by E.T.A. Hoffmann that I’ve found so far.
