Looks like Aya is missing a pair...
Reasons for the Lucy rework:
Higher quality textures, I'm at the stage where I'm very much comfortable with working with UVs, Surface maps, displacements, normal mapping, etc. Blender has assisted in that department a lot over the past year.
Better morph compatibility for Blender Animations. The G8.1 model I used for Lucy required multiple geo-grafts for certain anatomy options, usually this isn't a problem with diffeomorphic but I've struggled over the past with it, morphs not loading in, or deforming incorrectly due to shapekeys funking about, etc. G9 makes it a little easier. It's more dense, but I'll take that over the more complicated issues
I think that's pretty much it tbh...
She also looks cuter.

Nobody else in my current plans as of yet, I think I'm done with Reworks/New OCs for the time being, focusing on getting some comics/comms done over the next 2-3 weeks.
