I think Antiolemy has the right idea. Have Krystal start transforming, but she resists and is able to halt the changes. Sandra heals, wakes up, then "helps" Krystal continue to transform. That "help" comes in the form of seduction. Sandra feels that Krystal is burning with pleasure and starts to kiss her, caress her, etc. Krystal is afraid at first but gives in. The passion increases and they start to have sex, which gets more intense over time. And as the sexual intensity increases, so does Krystal's transformation. Eventually there are 2 werewolves and they seek out new prey

Krystal remembers reading an old tale that to break the curse you must kill the werewolf who cursed you before your first transformation. Krystal then hears a bestial laugh and looks at the hood of the car as Sandra gets up and begins to heal. Sandra smells Krystal and no longer considers her prey, as the beast in Sandra helps Krystal embrace the transformation.
