Leaks and Piracy

Hey guys, I would like to talk to you about the recent leaks that have been releasing my content. The issue here is that usually “Pirates” took a while to publish the content I uploaded to Patreon, and sadly now I’m able to find all my content in hentai pages, just a couple hours after I posted it here. I know this is normal, in the end, everything will be leaked and taken by these “pirates”. I’m not going to talk about whether this is good or bad.

But I mean… if you are paying to be able to enjoy my content before anyone else, why not keep it to yourselves? At least for a while. I know some of you just want to take my content and run around showing it to everyone. Believe me, I want everyone to see my work, that’s why I post some of my content for free on my social media or any website that can be of interest. But if someone comes and sees I just posted something at 17:00 hours and leaks it at 18:00, posting it on every hentai website around, well you’re not helping me at all… on the contrary. Think about it, if you keep leaking my content, sooner or later some of you Patrons might start thinking – “Hey, I can save a few bucks if I stop being his patron, in the end they’ll leak the content and I’ll be able to see it for free”-

I’m not Disney, Hollywood or any other multinational company that moves millions of dollars… I’m just a guy that is trying to make a living out of this job. And who knows when the day will come when I’ll have to put my pencils away and I’ll have to start looking for other ways to live.

I’m not asking you not to leak my content, which would be a nice thing, but I know that is something pretty much impossible to stop from happening. I’m just asking you to give the other patrons the opportunity to enjoy the content they’re paying for, and to give me the opportunity of getting some revenue out of all the hours I spend working on this content. I hope you all can understand what I’m saying and how I feel about all this. And I hope that the person that is leaking my content reads this message, and makes him think about what he’s doing.

 Hola chicos, me gustaría hablar con vosotros un momento sobre las filtraciones de mi contenido que ha habido últimamente. 

El caso es que llevo un tiempo que en cuanto publico algo en Patreon a las pocas horas ya lo encuentro en todas las páginas de hentai que encuentro. Yo entiendo que esto es normal que pase, al final todo se filtra y termina siendo pirateado, no voy a entrar en debate si eso es bueno o malo. Pero si no les importa ya que están pagando para poder disfrutar antes que nadie de mi contenido, reprímanse un poco por favor. Ya sé que están deseando coger y mostrar a todo el mundo lo que sea que yo haya hecho, yo también quiero que el mundo vea mis trabajos, por eso voy liberando poco a poco de forma totalmente gratuita mi contenido en mis redes sociales y en cualquier sitio que pueda interesar. Pero si ustedes llegan y ven que acabo de publicar algo a las 17:00 y a las 18:00 ya lo están filtrándolo por todas partes no me están ayudando absolutamente de ninguna manera, solo me perjudican. 

  Piénsenlo. Si lo filtran todo tan rápido habrá muchos mecenas que están pagando por esta exclusividad que pensaran –Me puedo ahorrar unos dólares con este tipo, a fin de cuentas terminaré viendo lo que ha hecho-. Y yo no soy Disney, ni Hollywood ni ninguna súper multinacional que mueve miles de millones de dólares, soy un tipo que se está ganando la vida con estos trabajos y el día que deje de hacerlo tendré que guardar mis lápices y buscarme la vida en otra parte. 

No les voy a pedir que no piratee mi contenido, eso es imposible, pero al menos denle la oportunidad a los otros mecenas de disfrutar por lo que han pagado y a mí de sacarle un poco de rentabilidad a tantas horas de trabajo. Espero que entiendan mi postura y que la persona que está filtrando todo mi contenido no haga oídos sordos de mi petición.
