Make Sodium Hydroxide by Electrolysis with a Nafion Membrane Cell

Final version of this video fully voiced, edited, and ready.

Let me know if there are any errors or glaring issues.

I'm still working out the audio tics.

I'm probably going to post this on the weekend, maybe Friday.

Make Sodium Hydroxide by Electrolysis with a Nafion Membrane Cell

There is a video on YT on making similar (I guess) membrane from scratch using PVA, PVP and glutaraldehyde: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BT3HjyziH_0. Is there a chance you might run such preparation (maybe, with alterations) and membrane testing? Cheap membranes IMO are the holy grail of amateur electrochemistry. If amateurs already have suitable electrodes, of course :)

Great video! Glad you're back! Minor thing I noticed: at 1:49, it sounds like you say "sulfate groups" instead of "sulfonate groups", but maybe I'm just hearing it wrong.

Really good!
