[News] GB Corp physical release progress (Game Boy)

Hi Everyone!

Last time, I shared with you a new beta version of my upcoming game GB Corp. Today, I have some news regarding the "hardware" part of the physical release.

Indeed, my publisher Yastuna Games hired a skilled 3D artist to create some really cool goodies that will be available in a "deluxe" version of the game. We are creating a set of "office furniture" so you can literally put your Game Boy consoles to work:

Here you can see the first prototype: a large chair, a wooden desk, and a filing cabinet to store loose game cartridges. This is an actual photograph of the prototype, and the final version should look like this one (the artist is still doing some tweaking here and there).

For the first time, we are planning to launch a Kickstarter campaign to fund the game, as these "physical goodies" are quite expensive to manufacture. While Yastuna and the artist are working on the physical release elements, I'm continuing to work on the game itself. I hope to have a new beta version of the game available by the end of this summer. If everything goes well, we will then launch the Kickstarter in September, with a game release/shipping date set to December, so everyone can enjoy it for Christmas!
