[HS2] Next Gen update for Cassie(MK11), Scarlet(FF17), Ivy(SC6)

The only difference in these is that a Next Gen compatible face texture is added along with a character card. (Also slightly improved the neck seem for Cassie)
Important:
The old Cassie and Ivy mods used the "Sideloader Modpack - Exclusive HS2" folder which i no longer use. You will need to manually delete these mods from said folder or there will be a conflict. The old Scarlet mod used the newer folder so it will overwrite the old one if you had it.
