Yes please! if you have any alternative ways to loosen the back that's not foam rolling, that would be incredibly helpful.
Sometimes I really cbf foam rolling😅

I use a foam roller, percussion massager, and occasionally a tennis ball! Maybe I’ll make a video on recovery and show how I use them for tight spots!

Going to try this routine out late today! Do you do foam rolling or use a lacrosse ball for any tightness?
