[HS] Premier Night outfit - DOA

This outfit turned out to be quite a troublesome one, mostly due to the asymmetry of it. However, I'm really happy how it turned out to be, especially with the alternative states. As i described in the preview, the skirt uses the leg bones for skinning as i could not find a proper skirt from HS that came even close to this on in shape and worked fine with this one.

The lower skirt part(see-though) is in the Swimsuit Bottom slot and has an alternative state that fits with the main dress which is in the Swimsuit slot. The two necklace's are separate accessories. The lower one that snaps to the chest (it is still a neck acc slot item) works perfectly fine in any pose. The upper necklace that uses the neck-neck snap point behaves as vanilla neck items like chokers. It works fine in most poses, but if there is much neck bending it will clip, vanilla items prevent this by making the accessory much larger with a gap between it and the neck.

New stuff in this release:

• Proper shape based alternative cloths states: I managed to come up with a somewhat efficient workflow process to make mesh (shape) based alternative states for the outfits. It took about 1-2 days to make for this outfit, and include every piece even the underwear. I think it can be used for most types of outfits but that will have to be seen once i try it for another one.

I have already started work on Kasuga's outfit, a day or two ago. I forgot to sync the latest files for this outfit when i left from my home computer as i was working from a different location for the past couple of days, hence the delay in the release. :/
