Love your travel vlogs. Borscht is different in every country. I've had it on cruise ships & each time it varied in taste. Drunks when travelling are horrible, and so unpredictable.

2023-05-02 19:19:28 +0000 UTCI've never had borscht so I looked it up. From what little I could see on your spoon it looked like the first image on the Wikipedia article. Some varieties do look good. Others, not so much. haha. I was stuck sitting next to some drunk cowboy for 3 ours on a train. The train was full so I couldn't sit anywhere else. It felt like the longest trip of my life. You have my sympathies.
