My long-term expectation for Janine, especially after that Last Supper scene, is that she will end up being executed by Gilead or made into an example by the other Aunts, and doing so will ultimately push Aunt Lydia to become subversive and undermine Gilead from within. They've framed Janine like a martyr lately, and everyone knows that a Messianic figure usually ends up dying for a cause.
