FULL ACTION FIGURES... should be continued?
Added 2024-10-23 18:45:27 +0000 UTCHi guys, as you know, or for the new guys, I always like to improve and know your opinions of what I do. I have been reviewing quite a bit and apparently the complete figures are not something that many use or print, so the question is, would you guys like me to continue releasing a complete action figure every month, or would you prefer me to change it for something else, here below I leave some options and if you wish leave your comments of your opinions. Thank you very much for all your support.

2024-10-30 00:13:07 +0000 UTCLove the idea of clothed blanks similar to Marauder Gun-Runners Contract-Ops. Specifically a female with long pants and mid tactical boots. Most female figures out now have full size boots with the pants tucked in. I would love to have something more modern.

2024-10-29 17:39:23 +0000 UTCmore kit for a gi joe characters or alike is good i think. i suggest something like Gridiron studios would make.

2024-10-27 03:43:03 +0000 UTCI love the full figures and am going to echo the idea of blanks. That would be amazing! I think your design of figure is the only one I’ve tried where I feel comfortable messing with them and posing them without fear of them breaking and I’m using tough74 to print. Would open up using all the amazing head sculpts I have from you as well. My fiancé will hate me but my shelves will love you lmao.

2024-10-25 15:45:31 +0000 UTCLots of great comments already. I just wanted to say that I'd be interested in more diorama pieces along with the blank or generic body types being called out. Thanks for asking the community and giving us a chance to voice what we'd like to see!

2024-10-24 16:35:18 +0000 UTCI'd like to jump on the blanks-train, but I'm going to suggeat/request stock bodies, maybe not only nude, but something stock to build/kitbash from (t-shirt and pants, a suit)

2024-10-24 11:24:00 +0000 UTCI definitely like your figures and would love to keep downloading them but I don’t mind switching it up a little and getting some other figure every other month.

2024-10-24 11:17:50 +0000 UTCI signed up for the full figures, and would love to see blanks. Your full figures have the best joint system I have found for resin printing

2024-10-24 06:43:07 +0000 UTCI agree, we need some nude or blank bodies male and female for customs, as well as basic no gear military bodies similar to V*laverse so we can put our own web gear and armour on. And also something similar to generic street thugs in singlet and jeans would be very useful

2024-10-24 05:21:11 +0000 UTCi do like the full figures, it would be cool to see some more background pieces for dioramas. could be stuff like fire hydrants, street accessories. anything miltary diorama wise would also be awesome!! keep up the great work

2024-10-24 00:08:10 +0000 UTCI agree, a base figure set we can modify

2024-10-23 23:08:41 +0000 UTCI would say alternate every other month but like others I would like blank bodies with good articulation both male and female. I would also like to see more hands and boots and sneakers. Would also like to see some things for the marvel legends mania like a head with her tongue out and a Head that's half transformed and hands since the 2 pack didn't come with anything for her. How about some smaller characters with good articulation like duck pool or spider-ham.

2024-10-23 22:33:54 +0000 UTCThere should be a couple of naked bodies to make customs of men and women and also torsos to customize or improve some figures

2024-10-23 22:11:29 +0000 UTCi think if you swap between Humanoid Figures, and Creature Figures that would a be a really cool think. You could go Cryptid like Chupacabra or Jersey Devil. You could go Minotaur or Werewolf. You could do Griffin or Chimera. You could also move in other animals as well, Dogs, Lions, or even small dinosaurs.

2024-10-23 21:51:03 +0000 UTCI’d like to see a ‘blank slate’ figure, one I can customize, maybe release a part (arm, leg, torso) per month to keep us interested, female, male, huge (muscular) male A tight body suit, then a t-shirt version?
James Harrod
2024-10-23 21:41:49 +0000 UTCNot going to lie but I signed up for the full figures, so I want those. If you were to cut it back to once every other month I would not have a problem with it but any less frequent or dropping them entirely would cause me to end my pledge.

2024-10-23 20:45:52 +0000 UTCI'd like to see a torsos that would work with the classified or Star Wars Black series so you could make more custom figures
John
2024-10-23 20:19:39 +0000 UTCI like the alternating idea. 1 month be the full figure from your storyline then the next month be your choice. I'd still like to see a full or semi full figure. Like Pythona or something of that type idea.

2024-10-23 20:10:53 +0000 UTCI think interspersed is the best option for me. I actually found it really handy having all the kits when I wanted to make my Resident Evil R.P.D figure I showed on the Discord (and I'm planning to attempt it at 1:18 scale soon). It was very much a kit bash using parts from 3 separate months I think? On the other hand, I get they aren't for everyone and I will admit I've not been mega excited about them lately. Saying that, Debby is a big win to me and I see a lot of potential uses for this months figure. Like Emerson mentioned, having base models would be really good and building on those. On discord we mentioned a while back about a figure wearing a body suit being a good figure for the patreon, and in this scenario it works even better. People could use the bodysuit body you make with armor kits. What I'm thinking is on the months with no body you could do armor kits compatible with a Donman base body and potentially other base figures. Skylu 3D Props tends to make their armor compatible with certain base figures, and I think their Umbaran conversion kit this month works with the Classified Cobra Eel, so if you offered your own base figure with similar proportions to the cobra eel (but maybe with the seams matching the x-men student outfits ;) ) not only could people use your own kits with the base figure but others as well. It might even make more sense to not do a figure every other month in that scenario but once every 3 months. Release a figure and then two months of armor kits and/or alternative parts for it. To elaborate on alternative parts, imagine you produce a figure of a generic army man in a button up shirt and trousers (Think classic Duke). The next month rather than an armor kit, you release an alternative torso and forearms to convert that army man figure into something akin to a crimson guard. The month after, release some zombie forearms and a different torso to convert the army man figure into a zombie. Maybe even tie it into one of the heads that month. The neat thing will be seeing how people use the parts to make what they want. With the Crimson Guard parts in that scenario I reckon I could make a pretty decent Nate Mcneil from Dead Space Extraction. Hope this helps. Happy to elaborate or brainstorm if you need any ideas or suggestions

2024-10-23 19:56:59 +0000 UTCI like the full figures, I like the variety the different figures give, I can reuse certain classified bodies with the different heads and gear but even after paint they still look similar. Your original figures give more choices. I like Emerson Chin’s idea as well.

2024-10-23 19:50:46 +0000 UTCSorry for the long comment... I think, for efficiency and value is nice to release a few "base" models and thereafter release character add-on / upgrade kits that turn the base model into something else. Like, initially a base make action figure, then later a fire arm torso and harness (to make Marvels "Forearm"). Sure, this is the Hasbruh "reuse" approach that everyone complains about - but that's the consumer perspective. When we have the models ourselves, we become makers and it's more economical for us to reuse.

2024-10-23 19:01:02 +0000 UTCI think the figures are great, I've not actually gotten round to printing any yet although I do plan to, it would be cool if they were alternating with something else
Matthew Anderson
2024-10-23 18:58:12 +0000 UTCI like the figures, but alternating between a figure and a head + accessories would be awesome.
Chris Damato
2024-10-23 18:58:09 +0000 UTCI would be OK with a full figure every quarter, and more accessories and heads than full figures.
Carlos Solrac
2024-10-23 18:55:50 +0000 UTCI dig the full figures, however I think for folks selling prints the $$$ is in the heads and kits

2024-10-23 18:55:21 +0000 UTCI know it was a lot more work, but I was excited for Classified scale vehicles, instead of making them on my own, poorly
