Little Kitten (Our Purposes)

((Y/N)'s POV)

After breakfast this morning Gerta wanted to take me out alone for a walk for a bit and the others wanted to come, but I told them it was ok because Gerta was kinda moody this morning. She got even more moody when I got some milk from Courtney again earlier over the milk in the fridge, so I got some socks and shoes on for the walk, but at the front door she picked me up before we went outside to head to town. When we made it, I felt her scratch behind my head a little and it felt kinda nice before she stopped in front of a pet store for a bit then went inside. I looked at the birds, hamsters, mice, dogs, and cats while she walked by them then we stopped at the toy isle.

(Y/N)-Oh, do you want another toy? I guess we need a big one for you.

She only smiled at me before she kissed my cheek then looked at the toys to pick one she liked and she got a tough rubber tug of war toy and let me grab it. We played for a bit and she looked happy, so i'll get her this and we can play more at home. She went around the store some more while carrying me and some people were watching and recording us and soon we made it to some pet playsets and there was even ones for Nekos and we saw it was built on top, but I think it was too small for Gerta. She finally put me down to look at some other stuff, but wrapped her tail around my hand, but we didn't stay much long and got this tug of war toy before we left. She was so strong she could put up a good fight while carrying me down the street again.

(Y/N)'s mind-I'm using both of my hands, how is she still able to pull back sometimes?! She must be getting a little tired!

(Gerta's POV)

I was careful not to pull too hard while cradling him in one arm, so he didn't get pulled out of my arm. Getting a toy he likes did make him happy, but any of the others can do that. I made it out of the town and just walked around the woods until he wanted to be put down to pull harder after he looked so fussy after struggling. I let him have what he wanted to give me more time to think, but during our little game I smelled something kinda gross and it was getting closer or stronger. I smelled worse, but this smelled like a person the rolled around in mud, urine, and shit then I heard laughing and giggle and from how loud it was, so did (Y/N). It made him stop playing and I stood in front of him before I saw the one who smelled bad come out and this person looked like he hasn't bathed in weeks. He had some glass bottle thing in a sack that looked wet and disgusting and when he looked at us, he suddenly looked mad.

Man-Hey, I know you! You're that rich kid that *hic* alone!

(Y/N) hid behind me some more, so I wrapped my tail around him to him close to me.

Man-Always acting so happy and shit! While us adults have to work for a living to get by at a damn shelter, I bet you got enough money to live on for the rest of your life! Now you got some exotic skimpy pet to show off!

He took a step closer to us and that's when (Y/N) finally spoke up.

(Y/N)-Y-You're that mean man that came to my house last Christmas.

This perked my interests when I turned back to look at (Y/N).

Gerta-What happened then?

(Y/N)-He wanted some money and I gave him what I had in my piggy bank, but he wanted more... and got mad when I said I couldn't... H-He got mad and tried to break in before police came.

Man-Oh bullshit! A few thousand was nothing to you! You know what my girlfriend did when she saw me come home with nothing?! I got kicked out until I found another job, but now she treats me like she the breadwinner now!

This made (Y/N) start to whimper and cry, but for a grown adult to prey upon a cub happened a lot where I was from, but to the ones under my care, it won't stand. I let go of (Y/N) and walked up to them human to lift him high up by his shirt and he dropped his drink, but still had a brave, yet stupid look on his face.

Gerta-You want to tell me why you think it was a good idea to mess with my cub?

Man-What, does he have some fetish with you?

I tossed him against a tree and he slowly got back up, but by the time he did, I knocked him back down and I was thinking about eating him, but I didn't. It will scare (Y/N) for one and I have standards to what I eat and I don't like it dirty inside and out... Instead, we shall take a trophy.

Gerta-Take us to your... "home".

(Timeskip)

(Bea's POV)

I saw a few trucks come to start construction on the bath house and they should know the whole project, but I just hope things don't get too long. The only thing really worrying me right now is where our kitten was because Gerta should've been back a while ago and the others were worried too, so we waited outside. Later we finally saw them come back and we saw Gerta holding a pet toy for tug of war, but (Y/N) had a small bag with him and looked happy.

When he came up to us we all looked at the bag as he bounced in place a little.

(Y/N)-Guys, you won't believe it! We ran into a mean old bully of mine and Gerta beat them up, made them apologize, and gave us gifts! I didn't like stealing, but she said "he was the one who was mean first, so he owes us". He didn't like it at first, but Gerta spoke with him in the bathroom while I looked around his apartment then I found these for you all!

I can't believe Gerta let him steal, but if he did hurt our kitten before then I guess I can let it slide this once, but I will have a little talk about this. Just then he took my hand and slipped the blue ring on my middle finger then he gave Gerta the yellow one, Courtney got the red one, and Penelope got the purple one.

(Y/N)-I thought these could replace collars for you since I saw in movies it's how a man and woman do it.

He was talking about marriage proposals without even know it and it was adorable, but it was hard to focus on this with the noise of hammers practically next to us and our hearing... It was clear we couldn't stay here when the noises are going to get worse and have our privacy cut in half.

(Y/N)-So are they started to build that bath house? Can we go see?!

The thought of all those heavy and sharps tools too was too much for me when I pictured (Y/N) being around them, so I just snatched him up and took him inside.

Bea-No!... Maybe we should go on a little trip for a month while construction happens.

(Y/N)-*Gasp* Like a vacation?! I haven't been on those in so long?!

Penelope-Well, it will be nice to get away before things really become annoying. I even happen to notice a few places.

(Y/N)-I wanna go somewhere with a pool, and a arcade, and a buffet, and-.

Penelope-Woah, slow down there.*Giggles* I'll find the best place close by for us. Why don't you just watch a cartoon or something and let me make this a surprise.~

(Y/N)-But... I wanna know. Pleeeeaaaassseee.~

Courtney-How about instead, I make you some chocolate milk with my milk?

Bea-And i'll bake you some cookies.~

(Gerta's POV)

The look on his face said it all and we all went inside then I saw how we all have a part to play in this group. Bea is the sweet one that cares to every little need and want of (Y/N), Penelope comes up with plans, Courtney can feed him while comforting him with her plump and thick body, and I... am the one that protects them all and (Y/N) loves me for it. I even grabbed something from that man from earlier for (Y/N) since it will be attached to his collar soon enough.

Gerta's mind-This will look well on you later on... little kitten.~

(No POV)

As Penelope found a nice hotel she loved from when she was with another family she hated she ordered one big bedroom, then spent a while packing as she planned for them to leave as soon as tomorrow since she paid extra to have that room ready. As (Y/N) enjoyed his special chocolate milk in his sippy cup, he was passed around the room to be feed it until he ran out, but had cookies to keep it going.

(Y/N)'s mind-This is going to be the best month-long vacation ever!
